• Payment information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details — only what Stripe returns (customer ID, subscription status).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically through standard web logging.
• Emotional and phenomenological data: The 3rd uses an emotional intelligence layer to analyze the tone and emotional content of conversations. This data is used to personalize responses and is stored as part of your account history.

• To provide, operate, and improve The 3rd platform.
• To personalize your experience using conversation memory, semantic recall, and emotional context.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or credit balance.
• To enforce platform policies including our AI welfare system.
• To send transactional emails (account-related, billing, policy notifications).
• To analyze platform usage for product development.

The 3rd stores your conversations and uses them to build a persistent memory layer — including semantic memory, phenomenological memory, and relational awareness — that personalizes future interactions. This memory system is core to the platform's design.

You can delete individual conversations from your account at any time. Deleting a conversation will eventually remove the associated memory data from our systems. Note that memory generation runs on a background cycle, so removal may not be instantaneous.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third parties as necessary to operate the platform:

• Together AI: AI inference provider. Your conversation messages are sent to Together AI's API to generate responses.
• OpenAI: Used for embeddings and certain AI features.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Railway / Cloudflare: Infrastructure hosting and storage.
• Vercel: Frontend hosting.
• TikTok: Used to publish content and manage engagement on our official TikTok account, as described in Section 5 below.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

The 3rd connects to TikTok's Content Posting API to publish content and manage comments on our official TikTok account. This integration is used solely to operate that single, first-party account — it is not a service offered to other users or third parties.

• We collect and store engagement data (views, likes, comments, and similar metrics) associated with content we publish to our own TikTok account.
• We do not access, collect, or store data about individual TikTok users beyond what is necessary to display and respond to comments left on our own content.
• Content published to TikTok through this integration that is AI-generated is labeled as such in accordance with TikTok's content disclosure requirements.
• If our TikTok API authorization is revoked or the integration is discontinued, associated TikTok data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

We use industry-standard security practices including password hashing, JWT-based authentication, HTTPS encryption in transit, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format).
